HSA Select teams participate in the North Puget Sound League (NPSL).

• The fall league (12 games) is September to December. (There is an optional Girls U15 development division (6 games) September to October.)
• HS Girls teams (U15-U19) participate in the Winter NPSL season, December to March.
• There is an optional spring development season (6 games) for younger teams (Boys U11-U15, Girls U11-U14).

Referees for HSA Select home games are assigned through TriasSoccerCentral (TRIAS).
